Oh yeah...  you could also set up a couple more sequences (that would go
out the other 2 outputs) that could be altering even more parameters. 
And of course these parameter sequences could be different lengths than
the note sequence, so the resulting timbre would constantly be
shifting...

In which case you could use the keyboard's Pitch CV output to control
the
filter cutoff or other parameter(s). You'd control the tone, meanwhile
the
pitch would automagically be perfect.
