"Albert is focusing on some of the
older back orders so that we will have a
totally clean slate in a moth or two and
then we will be announcing new goodies,
but not until we get all the back orders
out the door."

not to beat a dead horse but this is something i think should have been done a long time
ago. I know balancing the cash flow in a small business is sometimes difficult and
shipping 50+ modules in a new format does wonders for the bottom line.. i'm just sorry it
comes at the expense of other small orders placed a long time ago that seem to get
pushed back so bigger projects can go forward. i know you've done a lot to grow your
business and that's uber important but old customers are equally important.

i'm glad you are on the mend and i certainly don't expect you to check your email every
ten minutes (even when you aren't suffering from the flu) but i still feel there's a lack of
transparency when it comes to orders and shipping etc. i'd rather be told up front.."it's
going to be 3 months before this ships" instead of being told "next month" every other
month for 2 years.

peace
