Last week I was ill with the flu for
several days and I am still getting
back to normal although my energy
level has been rather low lately.

I didn't see this as cause for any
major announcement, it just means
that I am conserving my energy and
it may take an extra day or two for
you to get an email reply.

Eric, your Milton has been updated
but the problem that you were having
still persists. I actually did answer
your email two days ago....

Everybody, please take it easy here,
we're getting lots of stuff done in spite
of my being sick for ten days.

We have shipped (50) of the new Saw
Animators in Miniphone formats already,
and now we are waiting for the next
batch of completed circuit boards to arrive
so we can start shipping the Motm and
Dotcom Animators. Yes they are running
later than expected and I do apologize
for that, but everything is moving along
very nicely, just not as quickly as expected.

We have a Production Manager handling
the Low Pass Gate Project and he has been
out of town this week so I could not offer
any idea of when they will actually ship.
This coming week I will gather info and
post a better update of where everything
is at.

Again, I apologize for not answering emails
very well lately, but I am starting to feel a
lot better!

A large wave of Dual ADSR Modules have
started shipping in the past few days.

We also have many of our older original
Dual ADSR modules here that have been
upgraded to Mark III with the VC Inputs
and glowing pushbuttons that are available.
(Not sure how we will offer these, maybe
as a one time eBay offering to find them
good homes quickly. We'll call them
"Mark Twos" We've found it fairly easy to
upgrade our original Envelope design to
Mark III so if you have an older one, and
would like to add voltage control and
pushbutton to it, then yes, please send
an email inquiry, (just please be patient,
I'm not fully back to speed this week just
yet and it might take an extra day or two
for a reply, I'm assembling Zeroscillators
the past few days and testing them today
Another wave of them will go out Monday
and a second wave of them later in the
week. Albert is focusing on some of the
older back orders so that we will have a
totally clean slate in a moth or two and
then we will be announcing new goodies,
but not until we get all the back orders
out the door.

Peace,

Cynthia

Take it easy, Cynthia, I had a bad bout of flu in December, tried to
work through it to some extent, and wound up losing more working days
than I would have if I'd just taken 7-10 days off straight! I'm still
catching up on lost buiness from then.

I have an older dual ADSR that has been upgraded in the past with the
light-up pushbuttons and the CV inputs - are you going to do a new
panel for that? The CV sockets are tight between the gate and trigger
sockets, and the text is obscured - if you werer to do a new panel
with the sockets spaced out a little bit, I'd be up for buying one (a
panel, that is!!)

Take care

not to beat a dead horse but this is something i think should have been done a long time
ago. I know balancing the cash flow in a small business is sometimes difficult and
shipping 50+ modules in a new format does wonders for the bottom line.. i'm just sorry it
comes at the expense of other small orders placed a long time ago that seem to get
pushed back so bigger projects can go forward. i know you've done a lot to grow your
business and that's uber important but old customers are equally important.

i'm glad you are on the mend and i certainly don't expect you to check your email every
ten minutes (even when you aren't suffering from the flu) but i still feel there's a lack of
transparency when it comes to orders and shipping etc. i'd rather be told up front.."it's
going to be 3 months before this ships" instead of being told "next month" every other
month for 2 years.

peace
