But it's also true that it's the nature of things that people are more likely to post when they have an issue, than when they are simply happy with something. I would wager that the great majority of people have had good experiences with their orders. So, the only point that I'm being contentious with, a bit, is that a few posts by people whose orders have gotten screwed up are indicative of the majority.
But - again - good luck in resolving it. Obviously, you should either get your order in a reasonable time, or work out something to your satisfaction.
It's sad to seee that the overwhelming majority of messages posted to
this forum are frustrated comments about delays in shipping of
purchased modules.
This is not a critique to the people posting, but to the company that
is failing to maintain proper customer satisfaction. It is certainly
not good PR for Cyndustries to have these exchanges on their forum, but
I wish something was done to improve the moral of the customers (myself
included).
