As many people on this list I deeply believe that Cynthia is a very, very nice person!!! BUT I think John (hello John) and Morbius actually mix 2 different things: 1. Waiting (which is ok for me until a promised date) 2. Communicating (which has to occur ALWAYS even if there are problems) I am self employed for nearly 8 years now, also lost my father, got unbelievable pain with my body and had to pay a huge amount of money all at the same time...but that were MY problems! My very loyal customers had a lot of deep understanding for my situation BUT they always expected COMUNICATION (!) and IMHO they are right...it takes only a few minutes to say/email "at this moment I have to care about myself or my family or whatsoever". Otherwise the "others" develop (mostly bad) ideas about the possible reasons for that behaviour (we had that "discussion" a few weeks ago on this list) which I found very interesting from a psychological standpoint..
