Matt - considered yourself lucky you didn't actually buy something. Daydreaming is much less painless. I made a significant order with Cynthia a year and two months ago - paid in full mind you - and I'm still waiting. Talk about anguish and frustration. I've tried to be good about it but I am more pissed off than you can ever imagine. Stick to window shopping - there's less heartbreak. --- In The_Cyndustries_List@yahoogroups.com, "lbv777" <mattishq@...> wrote: > > Hi folks/cynthia > > i would just like to ask if anyone else has been suffering > gear lust or sleepless nights after seeing all the amazing and magic > cynthia stuff like tanpura / tabla modules, etc etc .I feel like i'm > looking in a shop window with no doorway in when i see all those > discontinued modules on the site , stuff advertised with even demos > just to add to the pain and yet you cant buy . . . its pure torture > cynthia . . . .pure torture.Such fanatstic ideas , the cynthia > website has begun to represent a depressing experience for me , > whats worse then seeing gear you can never own or which is impossible > to source , the longing of all these lovely modules no longer made , > of exotic electronic tanpura / tabla modules.I may need some form of > therapy to remove all these images of unavailable devices !shear > torture to a musician / gear love.shear torture......why phase out > every one of your exotic modules . . .psycho lfo , ran divide , the > list goes on . . . .I understand how you need the numbers to make the > batch worth while but surely these modules are worth making - > everyone of your phased out modules strikes me as more creative than > anything else on the market . . .please please someone help me find a > therapist . . .or all those discontinued modules ! . .
