Mike, Thanks for posting those. Your comparison matches what I hear with my own standard VCO Linear FM patch - while some FM characteristics are obtained, they are not nearly as pronounced as the ZerOscillator. The ZerOscillator gives DX7ish timbres with analog warmth. Nice!
