I'm glad you had a chance to meet him. I've conversed with him once or twice by e-mail and he seems pretty nice. He's actually on both of my programs now, playing ondes Martenot on Spellbound, a brief program of music for theremin, and playing glass armonica on the upcoming program Spellbound: Musique de Verre. Talented guy with a thing for rare instruments. ----- DAVID VESEL -- synthetic music for humans ----- Spellbound: Musique de Verre Sunday 11AM-12PM http://deverre.purplenote.com Spellbound, a brief program of music for theremin Sunday 10PM-12AM http://spellbound.purplenote.com dbohn@... wrote: > I was lucky enough to attend the concert, and meet Thomas Bloch afterwards. > He is very genial, and was very happy to explain a number of details > about the Ondes Martenot to the many people who flocked around after > the fact.
