Thanks. The cat has been joining in lately and if you take a close look at "Glow Worm" you will see that the cat's head is moving in sync with the pitch changes while I was playing the volume antenna. She was a collaborator - but she did loose focus and I had to help her out after a while by raising and lowering my knee and eventually using my pitch hand.
Cat's do not have along attention spans. What is surprising to me was that the cat was less "pitchy" than some theremin players. Some PROMINENT theremin players. I also thinks she blows away all the other theremin playing cats. None of them ever held a steady note. Not one! Come to think of it . . .
I didn't notice that until I looked at the video yesterday as I crank them out and you can't really see them while you are making them. I suspect that the cat knows what is happening as she has watched me play and videotape, she is aware of the viewfinder, she watches me edit and she watches the result. The cat knows what a theremin and a camera are.
Happy Theremining!
Rupert

Cool!
And interesting cat! I can't quite work out if she was present when you
were playing, or if the image has been overlaid.
