Keppinger Theremin Final Report

Keppinger Theremin Final Report

2007-10-24 by kmg5443

I am very happy to report that my part of the project is now finished.
Gabby is downstairs and sitting on top of my Fender KXR100 keyboard
amplifier. She sounds wonderful. Its hard to describe how much better
things are working now that everything is screwed down and secured in
place. The open cabinet looks great, even though its intended to be
temporary.

The next phase of the project will be in the hands of a master
carpenter who will fashion an RCA look a like cabinet crafted around
the dimensions of this setup. We'll probably see the gentlemen around
Thanksgiving, as he lives in my wife's hometown, and that's where we
typically go.

I will be posting pictures and sound files as soon as I can. The
experience of powering up the theremin and playing it for the first
time in its assembled state, and having everything work well, was
religious. I did in fact thank God for his gifts he has given me.
