I noticed that the demo piece I submitted sounded poor on Spellbound. 
Am I not recording at a high enough sampling rate? Any suggestions 
would be appreciated.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
