OFF Topic - LUNAR ECLIPSE

I plan to photograph the eclipse with the aid of Ms. Sarah, my daughter.
If any come out, I'll share them with you. This is the last total
eclipse for North America till about 2010.

Philip,

Thanks for the info. It has been so frigid here that I haven't had
the telescope out for a couple of months. Tommorrow night I may break
down and take it outside... though the temp will be less than 20
degrees.

Please! I am so excited, I would love to see any pics you get. I will
set an alarm to go and have a look but I'll be far too cold and tired to
go anywhere where the taking of photos could happen, so I'll just put my
coat and gloves on and venture out into the street.

Enjoy!

I'd like to see them as well -- it was cloudy here. Boo!

I got to watch this at school last Wednesday night. We had a great
clear sky and the moon was almost directly overhead during the eclipse.
  Very cool stuff. :-)
