Welcome, Jeff!
You bring up a good point, what is the difference between this one and
the existing "theremin@yahoogroups.com" e-mail list? Why another one?
I guess part of it is momentum. That list has nearly no traffic.
(Spams about my radio show account for 90 percent of messages posted
there in the last year.) At least in the short term, we want to resist
the temptation to lurk and view this list as "just another e-mail list".
There's no need to take a "wait and see" approach. As people, we're
all equals here. Simply feel free to tell us about what you're doing on
a regular basis, and tell us what happened afterward. Post your new
recordings. Sure, some of us are more or less skilled, perform more or
less frequently, or not at all.
Whether or not SPELLBOUND-L becomes relevant is a direct function of
whether or not you guys view it to be relevant, and use it and enjoy it
as if it were relevant.
