Hey guys! Need your advice about loading samples in my S1100 via SCSI. I know this has been discussed in the pages of the group, anyway can't get right choice. I have a sampler and Adaptec ava2904 scsi card in my PC with mini centronics50->HD50 cable. As i understand, i have two choices - or buy some old 500mb SCSI hard drive, or some old compatible SCSI CD-Drive. Which way can be best to transfer samples from akai libraries to sampler? Which way is more comfortable. That's my first experience with SCSI, so sorry for lame question I have pretty usual modern PC under Windows XP. Does both ways are compatible with it?
