Another thing I must add: There's another IC that I haven't identified so far yet - it's IC2 ( 7730) - I don't know whether the manufacturer's logo supposed to mean "TEL" .. or something else. Despite of that -- I found out some more about the functions of the custom ASICs - but more on that later :-) Cheers -Jan
