i think the floppy drive on my S1000 is broken, so I'm trying to replace it with a PC floppy drive. I've read the article at http://akaiscsifaq.digidude.net/akaifaq_floppy.htm and i've located the position of the D0/D1 and DC/RY switches on my PC floppy drive, but I'm not very technologically minded and don't know how to physically switch them, and whether or not this will actually work when i put it back into the sampler.
any guidance whatsoever would be hugely appreciated
