Hello Thanks for the reply I have seen both the 103 and 104 working so I know they are not faulty. I am guessing its the scsi cable which I suspected was the case in the first place. I have no digital kit so the 104 is pretty useless to me unless you know of a way to back up my samples with it :-) Would you consider a straight swap my 104 for your 103 ?
