It's the Windows operating system. I could only get it to work by using a friends PC with 
Windows 98 on it. Anything above that throws up error messages.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
