Akai S1000 / S1100 samplers

The foil isn't too hard to do, and the one from
midi-rakete.de is perfect, not too expensive even for
me  Ha!
You should get a copy of the latest S1000 boot disk,
it's a big help if you want to import from other
libraries, like the brilliant emuIIIx , and of course
Roland 760 etc.
