S1100 FX

2015-09-20 by nic@...

Hi Folks,

I have a question with regards to using different FX settings when setting the S1100 up for multilateral use. Because the Run Number is set to "1" for say drums, bass and keyboard programs etc using midi channel 1, 2 and 3 etc. I can't seem to be able to add a reverb for say drums, echo for bass and chorus for keyboards. Is this not possible when the Run number is the same for all programs?

Thanks for your time.

Unfortunately you can use only one fx algorithm per program number and it's going to be the applied accordingly, for all the sample programs (drums, keys, etc) of the same program number, by using the mix page to control the amount of send.
It'd be great if the S1100 was able to effect different programs with different fx but it's not possible afaik.

In your words, you have to have different 'run numbers' for different fx.
