* Yet Another Post About Floppies

Howdy y'all!

...So I have a beloved S1100 whose floppy drive has just passed away.
I have searched the web and this forum for information on sourcing a
replacement drive, and confess I have not yet been successful. I've
had no success finding our jumper-endowed Teac in my travels at local
gear-wreckers. So I'm faced with a couple of prospects: 1) buy an
S1000 off eBay for parts 2) give up and go get an S5000.

If anyone here has a URL (or, heck, a phone number!) handy that will
allow me to purchase one of these drives, it would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks!

Dear Gazebocorp,

Look at shopteac.com if you're in the US - otherwise look in google.
If you are in Europe: some german resellers have them in stock. First
verify with them if this exactly the same model as you are looking for.

regards,

Frank

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
