Akai S1000 / S1100 samplers

How would be a good way to chop up breaks fast with s-1000?

Thx for the tip. So first copy as many times as there are chops, then trim.

If you have a PC there is another way. You can use Recycle($99) and send the
chops directly to the s1000 via midi Slow tranmission but it will split the
sample over several keys

Any idea how fast midi transfers samples?

I think it is a crawling 4bit transmission.
