hi y'all... just picked up an immaculate s1000pb, with fully expanded ram & scsi, for... wait for it... $30!!! supposedly ex jan hammer, but nothing in writing so who cares!? anyways, currently dusting off my old cd-roms & 230mb optical discs i used to use on my s1000kb all those years ago - i sidegraded to the much more powerful emu e4's and that samples box has been dormant. so, looking forward to resurrecting the old brain cell & get some serious editing done... though keeping an eye open for an s1000 sampler or a way to transfer samples from a mac to the 'pb. should keep me going for a while!! }:-) moose @ alaskahighway
