It's not critical - even 0.25w should be fine. The important thing is to
get them to fit 0.3" hole spacing.

Eh, no - the two pot boards connect to the POTS connector on the main
board, and the three LED & switch boards connect to the LED/SW connector
on the main board.

There are other photos where the routing of the cables is less obvious.
I'll need to write some instructions for assembling the cables - I have
to measure the spacing of the connectors up each time I put a set
together myself, so it would make sense to write them down.
