This would be a good time for me to ask a general question that ive been
wanting to know for a while:

Can a capacitor always be substiuted for one of the same capacitance but
higher voltage?  Is the only problem that the physical size of the component
increases?  Or are there examples where a higher than specified voltage
capacitor will create problems?
