I've been messing about with PaintShop Pro... http://www.colinfraser.com/p3/p3-case-fake.jpg This style of case would be designed to have wooden ends attached so it could sit on a desk, or L-brackets attached so it could rack mount. Output sockets and power connection would be recessed from the rear edge enough to not cause a problem in a tight rack. Not sure where the power switch would go - it'd be hard to reach in a rack unless it moved to the front. Picture it with coloured key caps on the step keys, and step/track/part labels on the panel below the switches. Possibly Tr808 switches with the LEDs in the upper part of the switch. Keypad keys would have labels on the key tops. Does this seem like the right direction ? Cheers, Colin f
