The PCB suppliers one-off cost is discounted by 20% for subsequent orders of the same board, so if I only order *one* more board set after the test board, I will charge 85 ukp ($135) for the board + CPU. (I fitted the whole set of boards for the sequencer onto one quad Eurocard size panel, which I will shear into the smaller boards). For an order of more than one board, I will need to get a quote from them. I will have no idea how much the price will come down by until I get the quote, but you can safely assume it will be less than 85 ukp for boards + CPU. The cost of the remaining components will be around 100 ukp, excluding a case. I will post a final Schaeffer front panel file, which will cost about 50 ukp, but the cheaper option will be to make your own case. If you stick the whole thing in a biscuit tin, you could probably build one for less than 200 ukp. I may also decide to supply parts such as the keyswitches myself, since they wil be cheaper in bulk, and I can pass on that saving. Note that this pricing is still estimated, and the markup on initial boards will be very low on the basis that early users will be beta testing the software to a certain extent. Cheers, Colin f
