Thru channel is just for passing of notes.
As long as 'on' is above 'mclk', P3 will send midi clock.

In pattern edit, press the upper mode switch repeatedly until the upper mode
LED is at CC/Aux (or press FUNC+step mode to jump directly to aux edit).
The step mode LED will show which aux you are editing.
Press FUNC+step mode to access the aux config menu for the current aux, then
use the DATA knob to select the CC number, and press 'enter' to confirm.
Now use the upper knobs to set the CC values, and the step keys to activate
or deactivate sending of the CC on each pattern step.
