Sending of midi clock is optional. From play mode, press FUNC+PAGE and you
should see the 'mclk' option above F1. Make sure it's set to ON.
You also need to set the 909 to sync to midi clock.
Hold shift and press TEMPO MODE until you see a 0 in the middle digit of the
display.
Alternatively, you could use the DIN sync output from P3 to sync the 909.
