So, if I were to make 'paste' only paste note, velo etc., and 
FUNC+'paste' paste in the auxes too - would that keep everyone 
happy ?

Along similar lines, I've just added a FUNC+'[confirm]' option 
to 'clr' that leaves the notes as they are and just turns off all 
auxes. Expect to see that in the next release.

Another feature we could probably do with will be the ability 
to 'save to:' to a different track...
