Actually I was thinking about this the other day and pondering the
value of having specific examples that could be referred to in a
tutorial. It just requires a degree of organisation that I only rarely
attain. 
However, after my next gig I have some spare time and will be making
available the patterns I used both at the gig and also some generic
ones with examples of specific auxilliary events. Hopefully that
should be of value.
