This is short for 'note overdub', and as you discovered, lets you over-write the notes and velocity in a pattern without changing the gates. In record mode, press the page key to toggle to the second page and you'll see the NDub option there - turn it off and record will work as you'd expect. > I also have one little problem regarding the display. There is an internal trimmer for the display that adjusts contrast for LCD, or brightness for PLED - adjusting that may help, though you'll want to get an electronics savvy friend to help if you don't like opening things up. > Do you have any spare adapters Colin?
