Roel,

Sorry it's take me so long to check this out...
I've set up a pattern to do this on my P3 and can't see anything 
untoward.
Can you send me a sysex dump of the patterns, if you're still having 
this problem ?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
