I have to say that the brushed raw finish looks great, and a few blems where the studs are welded doesnt bother or deter me. BUT It seems to me that they should be able to fit studs, and then brush the surfact to make them invisible. Perhaps they are brushing the case before pressing the studs on? At the shop I work at, we go to pretty far lengths to please the customers, even if it means we have to rethink or reinvent our processes. For a plant that makes cases and panels, getting invisible studs shouldnt be an issue! I would ask or demand them to see if they can do better. Regardless, it looks great. I really like how the back where the jacks are is recessed, and the provisions for wood endcaps. Got a ballpark on pricing? Stick with silver, ~Steve (ps, what language did you write the code in?)
