Well, I use mine in the opposite direction, but I will
wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment.  It sounds great, it
syncs up to just about anything for digiclock, and it is half
the cost of an Alesis AI-3 and maybe 1/3 the cost of the
Presonus 8 channel thingies.  In my setup (feeding the ADAT
inputs of an Akai DPS24) I really can't recommend it highly
enough.
