i find that the P3 is actually rather poor when it comes to bakery... my
pastries never turn out right.

sorry. i'm over-excited about revenge of the sith, and it's making my
sense of humor more retarded than usual.

it's *super* easy to do rolls on a P3... you can use note repeat aux
events to do super fast ones, or for rolls that are at the same timebase,
it's easy to set all the notes in a track to the same note, then you can
gate them or not as you wish. and then you can change timebases easily
too, or make the P3 do it automatically, or assign a knob (in play mode)
to change the timebase of a track...

so yeah, it can do rolls... of all sorts except the baked kind (though
paul n. might disagree with me there :)
