The reason I ask is I've now dedicated my second P3 to my Handsonic -
mostly because its built-in sequencer is utter shite - and being able to
bang in patterns on a selection of tracks in this way would make its
already cool live drum overdubs even slicker. For many of us who don't
need all the transpose and repeat features of playlist edit; who just
want to string patterns together, this would be a very, very welcome
addition.

OK, I'll shut up with my grovelling (and poaching of Phil's idea... :)
