They are indeed the work of Mr Nagle.
There's a pdf file with details of what's in there in the Yahoo files
section called P3Demo1.pdf
You can reload P3Demo1.syx if you want to get the patterns back.

BTW If you're seeing bank 9, that must mean you've switched to 12 bank mode,
so the patterns will be from bank 3 in the default 6 bank mode.
