It ignores it.
Since P3 is loop based, with potentially 8 different polyrhythms across its
tracks, and self-modification of pattern lengths and positions as well as
accumulated offsets on note, velocity and auxes, it would be an arduous task
to calculate where everything should be at an arbitrary point during
playback.
