There is an option to treat continue as start, but in normal use, P3 will
continue from the global bar position is was stopped at in response to a
continue.
The 'start on continue' option was requested by a user of some PC sequencing
package for reasons I can't really remember - I think it was sending a
continue when restarting from a bar position.
Not having used a PC based sequencer in anger for years, I'm not too well
clued up on their peculiarities.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
