This is only a problem in ARP mode because the normal record mode is only recording the most recently received note on each step, whereas the ARP mode is recording on however many steps it needs to capture every note received. It became possible to specify a single record channel in the current beta release - v3.1.006B No-one has reported any problems with the beta (they very rarely do), so give it a shot if you want to ARP with the Micron.
