hi Richard,
i think the first thing you need to do is set up those patterns you
want on tracks 7 & 8 instead of 1 & 2, and then use tracks 1 - 6 to
control them. this is because the P3 works through the tracks in
series, going from 1 to 8, so anything you'd want to manipulate by
using other tracks would have to go at the bottom of the chain. track
1 can't be manipulated by other tracks if i'm not mistaken (correct me
if i'm wrong Colin). Same goes for the auxes; aux A can't be
manipulated by any of the following auxes, so you'd need to set up the
parameter to be manipulated on a later aux and the manipulator on an
earlier aux.
