The thing I would try very hard to avoid would be all the point to point wiring - it makes for a lot of extra constructional effort, reduces reliability, and can introduce hum in a lot of the sounds which are based on high-resonance bandpass filters. If I were to do it again, I'd do a separate front panel PCB with all the pots and switches on it that connected to the voice board PCB with ribbon cables or headers. > in your experience how long do you think it would take to build?
