The Virus doesn't use NRPNs. It uses MIDI CCs - and for a few rarely
used parameters it uses poly aftertouch. These are far easier to tweak
in programs such as Cubase than NRPNs. Alesis thought it was a good idea
so perhaps they have a step sequencer lined up that copes with them?
