Analogue-sequencer

Hi,

I am curious if there is a reason that the p3 has 8 tracks instead of 16. I
realize that there must be a limit but it
seems since their are 16 keys it would be just as easy to have had 16
tracks.

I assume each track is a pretty small array of structures storing note, vel,
auxs, etc.

I'm guessing there is no possiblity to add 16 tracks now due to the physical
design (unless I suppose one
wanted to half the memory of stored patterns).

I'm still working my way through the manual so forgive me if this is
addressed elsewhere.
