The issue with P3 is that the step LEDs are tri-colour - containing both a
red and green LED element.
I have no source for red/blue tri-colour LEDs so have to use RGB LEDs and
only wire the red and blue elements.
These LEDs are 10x the price of the standard tri-colour parts, so I don't
want to keep them in stock.

However, since I've had a few more queries about it, I am going to offer a
custom option of red/blue (and magenta) step LEDs for red/green colour-blind
users.
This will cost an extra 20 ukp.
