offer a custom option of red/blue (and magenta) step LEDs for
red/green colour-blind users.

at which point #73 will no longer be unique.... :-(
it does look nice, even if blue leds are a bit chavvy.

you'll need to do a revision to the manual for these customers. #73
was my first p3, & I couldn't use it until I'd been through the
manual & altered all the references to colour.
round here, people stick blue leds on the fronts of their cars for no
discernible reason.

I for one would welcome the return to step sequencers of the good old
electric light bulb. I made a sequencer once out of an old cassette
motor & a rotary switch, that used torch bulbs. it was the coolest
thing I've ever seen & I wish I still had it. there's something about
the way the light decays at more-or-less the same rate as the note.

will try beta 26 over the weekend with my midi-bass. I can very
easily generate consecutive note-ons with no corresponding offs, if
I've been at the herbal trumpet.

duncan.
