It would be easy to do as far as calculating the accumulator values, easier
than doing the "going negative" bit.
But I don't think there are any spare bits left in the pattern data
structure to hold an extra accumulator limit mode.
I'll have a look...
If it can't fit in, it could be a global option, but that would affect all
patterns or none.
