The aux config on a blank pattern doesn't have a useful default, something I've never really thought about before. I'll add one in, since it will at least save 10 seconds each time you set them up for four different CCs. I've always tended to just use contiguous numbers starting from 0, but maybe it would make sense to use the allocations synth manufacturers tend to stick to.
