It isn't relevant to the P3 as framerate is related to time-specific 
devices such as, for example, the Roland VS-series of hard disk 
recorders that can run as MIDI Time Code slaves. All you need is clock, 
as I think a few would-be liberal democrat leaders were saying only 
recently.
